Nik Dorman

Co-Director, Head of Recruiting

Coach Dorman’s lacrosse journey began in Worthington when he first played in 2nd grade. His dedication to the sport flourished throughout high school, where he became a standout player at Granville High School, earning recognition as a four-year letter winner and first-team all-region attackman. Coach Dorman was also part of the 2014 Haymakers team.

Dorman continued his lacrosse career at Herkimer Community College. However, after facing a a few injuries, he made the difficult decision to retire as a player. This led him to transition into coaching, a role in which he has truly excelled. For the past four years, Dorman has served as the head coach of the Worthington Cardinals boys' middle school lacrosse team. He is also the Co-Director of Haymakers Lacrosse, overseeing player recruitment, and the head coach of the Junior Haymakers teams, where he plays an integral role in developing the next generation of lacrosse talent.

Dorman currently resides in Clintonville with his girlfriend Abby and their two pit bulls, Bentley and Gus, where he continues to pursue his passion for lacrosse through coaching and mentorship.
